Practice management and malpractice prevention for licensed attorneys.

myClientList keeps your cases, deadlines, and documents in one place and calculates dates from the governing rule, showing the citation and the counting method beside every result. When a rule could apply more than one way, it asks you which applies rather than picking one for you.

Access is limited to attorneys in good standing. Every account is checked against the bar and re-checked on a schedule, protected by multi-factor authentication, and every verification decision is logged.

GunBase

  1. A buyer adds an AR-15–style rifle to the cart on a store's website.
  2. Before the cart updates, the order travels to GunBase.
  3. GunBase checks sale, transfer, and possession separately against statutes and rules, each with its citation, and clears the order.
  4. The cart updates.
  5. The vendor boxes the rifle and ships it by truck to a licensed dealer (FFL) in the buyer's state, who runs the background check before handing it over.

Firearm legality, per state and per configuration.

GunBase answers whether a specific firearm configuration can be sold, transferred, or possessed in a given state, and it answers each of those three questions separately. Every rule carries its citation, its source, and its effective dates.

When the law is conditional or the data is uncertain, GunBase routes the case for attorney review instead of guessing. It will be available as an API, a retailer SDK, an e-commerce plugin, and a browser extension.

Authenticity analysis built to survive cross-examination.

VerifAI examines images and documents and reports two things separately: whether a file has changed since it was sealed at intake, and whether it shows indicators of editing or AI generation.

Results are a calibrated 0 to 100 score with a likelihood ratio, never a yes-or-no verdict, so a court can weigh them the way it weighs any other measurement. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, PDF, and Office files.

Every rule the products rely on carries its citation, its source, and the date it took effect, and is reviewed by a person before it is used.
Verified users
Products for attorneys check bar status and good standing at signup and again on a schedule.
A record of every decision
Verifications and reviews are logged as they happen, with who made them and when. The log is never edited.
Security by default
Multi-factor authentication, trusted-device controls, and rate limiting come standard, not as upgrades.
